Listen Studios offers a sanctuary to rekindle relationships with nature and your artistic practice. All rates include use of folding tables, chairs, lights and access to basic tools, communal kitchen, washroom and sinks. Rental rates include heat, water and wifi. Affordable options based on number of bookings within a year, are available for the rental storage costs for artworks and supplies as well as bookings for multiple workshops within a year.
STUDIO RENTAL for MAKERS Studio #1
OPTION 1: $125-150/ month
This rate includes small cupboard OR a portable cupboard to store materials, have access to the space and equipment via calendar booking system.
OPTION 2: $200 / month
This rate includes the above along with art storage in the closet or on the drying racks.
OPTION 3: DAILY / WEEKLY / MONTHLY Rates
These rates are available for self-directed studio residencies - send me a message if you would like to discuss cost options for weekly or monthly rentals.
REDUCED RATES!! Commit to book for one year - take $25 off the monthly rental!
Required Damage deposit will be equal to one month rental. Contact me if you are a low income, marginalized artist for scholarship information!
